Why TrustFuel exists

Your reputation deserves proof, not pressure.

Open review systems can make a business defend a public score before the customer relationship is clear. TrustFuel puts verification, provenance and fair response rules before the profile, without giving companies permission to rewrite honest criticism.

Fair to customers. Clear for companies.

Reputation without losing control

Your reputation should not live on a page someone else controls.

On an open review platform, a claim can become public before the customer relationship is clear. Your team is left proving context after the score has already moved, then collecting more reviews just to dilute a claim that was never tied to a real customer.

    The Verified Review goes live

One clear label. Every useful format.

Visitors should not have to decode internal content types. On TrustFuel, public text, video, screenshots and direct customer submissions are Verified Reviews.

The public name stays simple. The provenance does not disappear. Each review shows how it was submitted and which customer, permission or verification context is actually recorded.

Verified Reviews

One public name. Provenance remains visible.

Verification is a standard, not a decorative badge.

Different formats need different evidence. TrustFuel keeps those paths explicit while presenting one understandable public experience.

  1. 01

    Connect the source

The customer record, submission source and company context travel with the review.

  2. 02

    Check what matters

Email, customer relationship or purchase context is checked according to the submission path.

  3. 03

    Retain what is documented

TrustFuel form submissions keep recorded publication consent attached. Imports remain visibly marked as imports.

  4. 04

    Protect the record

Direct reviews become immutable after publication. A company can reply, never rewrite.

Fair rules protect both sides.

Trust is not created by giving either side unlimited control. It comes from clear provenance, a right to respond and a record that means what it says.

For customers

Honest criticism stays intact.

A directly submitted Verified Review cannot be quietly rewritten or removed by the company after publication. Policy and legal moderation still apply.

For companies

Context without censorship.

Companies can respond, attach their perspective and show customer proof with visible source context without being forced to defend an unclear claim before context is checked.

Testimonials can be curated for publication, but their source and any consent actually recorded remain explicit. Imports are marked as imports. Direct reviews follow the stricter immutable path.

The details behind the standard.

Is every Verified Review purchase-verified?

No. Verification follows the submission path. Direct reviews use identity and customer checks, with purchase context when needed. Testimonials show their source and only the customer, consent or verification context actually recorded. Imports are marked as imports.

Can a company delete a negative review?

A directly submitted Verified Review becomes immutable after publication. The company can reply, but cannot rewrite or silently remove it. Content that violates policy or legal obligations can still be moderated.

Can imported testimonials become Verified Reviews?

Yes. They are clearly marked as imported, and TrustFuel shows the source context actually recorded. The importing company remains responsible for publication rights.

Does the format change the public label?

No. Text, video, screenshots and direct submissions use the same public label: Verified Reviews. The format and verification context remain available as supporting detail.
