1. Pick a plan

Open the Pricing section on the homepage, choose Starter or Pro, then select monthly or yearly billing. The plan CTA opens a secure three-step checkout with your selection carried over:

  1. Enter your work email. No password is required.
  2. Add the company name, confirm the plan and billing interval, choose the optional Google Stars add-on and enter a promo code if you have one. TrustFuel then sends a secure continuation link to that mailbox.
  3. Open the link to verify the mailbox, load the payment step, review the server-confirmed amount due and pay securely through Stripe.

If you refresh before the mailbox handoff, TrustFuel restores the unfinished details in that browser tab. The continuation link signs you in securely and restores an unfinished checkout before Stripe is initialized. After a successful payment, your account and first company are active and you can continue directly to onboarding.

Each subscription covers one company. The same mailbox handoff is used for every address, so the public checkout never reveals whether an account already exists. If the mailbox belongs to an existing account without an unfinished checkout, the link opens the authenticated Add Company flow.

2. Create your first collection form

Go to Collect → Forms and hit New form. Give it a name (for example your program or product), tweak the headline and fields in the editor, and watch the live preview update as you type.

3. Share the form

Copy the share link and send it to a happy customer, or drop it in your community. Customers walk through a short, friendly wizard: rating, format (text, video link or screenshot), their words, done. Every submission lands as pending, nothing goes public without your approval.

4. Publish and embed

Approve testimonials under Manage → Testimonials, then create a Wall of Love under Share → Widgets and paste one line of code into your site. That is it.

Log in later

We use passwordless login: existing account holders enter their email on the login page and click the magic link (or type the login code) we send. The login screen and email follow its EN/DE/ES selector. New customers start from the Pricing section and create their account through the secure checkout flow above.

Internal segmentation (private labels)

Every testimonial can carry two internal labels, visible only to your team, never on the public profile or in widgets:

  • Collected for: the context it came from, e.g. coaching program, expert call, YouTube, podcast, book.
  • Objection it answers: the doubt it defuses, e.g. “business model doubts” or “too expensive”. Perfect for pulling exactly the right proof into a sales conversation.

Set both on the testimonial’s detail page; matching filter dropdowns appear on the testimonials list once values exist. For public grouping (widget filters) use tags instead, tags can appear in widgets.

Dashboard language

The backend is available in English and German. Switch anytime with the EN/DE pill in the top bar, the choice is remembered per browser. (Collection forms have their own language setting per form, and the public marketing pages switch via the DE/EN toggle.)
